How to filter by an expression from an XML file

Good afternoon. I need help with a situation in which I receive an email with 2 XML, but one that contains the legend "MensajeHacienda" should not be recorded anywhere while the other yes. I've tried everywhere but can't resolve it. Could someone explain to me what I need? Thank you.

Could you try using the xpath expression and get to the legend.

Or another option to convert xml to json and then parsing the json for checking the value.
