    Hi @bayashi ,

     

    Is this your first time using this connector?

    Could you please switch the language to English so that we can view the details of this error?

    Also please make sure you have the proper license to use MS Forms, please check this doc link, you need to have an organizational account: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/connectors/microsoftforms/#known-issues-and-limitations
