I have set up this flow using the template, but have had to adjust it, as by default the 'update task details' portion fails if you simply plug in the addresses and planner group.
I added a new email address to the "when a new email arrives" step, however, this broke the entire flow and now it seems to no longer run at all.

In addition, you could consider take a try to create your flow from scratch, because sometimes there is something wrong with the built-in templates of Microsoft Flow.
