Hi everyone. Im new in MS Flow, so I appreciate every help and comment.

As I said in the subject, I´m trying  make a workflow with an approval email when a file is created in sharepoint, but I have problems in the last part of the workflow, when I need to move this file to another directory when its approved.

I dont know what I´m doing wrong. This is my screenshot

    Hi Renzocanepa,

According to you description, I create flow to send approval email when a file is created in SharePoint, then create this file in another library when the Approve Selected Option is Approved. Below is a screenshot of my flow configuration and it works for me:

Please try if this works for you. Please feel free reply if you need more help.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for posting the flow. Can you please mention which flow templates are you using? I can't read at the moment as it is not in English. Did you followed the post by @v-yamao-msft?

    Thanks

Yes, is the same flow that @v-yamao-msft posted, but in my case it doesn't work!

Let me explain what im doing

    1. Sharepoint When a File is Created

URL of my site in Sharepoint

        File directory

    2. Send O365 approval email

        My O65 email

    3. Condition: Selected Option is equal to Approve

    4. If YES (in te positive case)

    4.1. Create file

URL of my site in Sharepoint

Select the file directory where I want to move the file

File name: dinamic content of Filename

File content: dinamic content of Filecontent

    Update flow. End.

From the screenshots it appears that the condition is not satisfied and so the positive flow path is not executed. Can you see if you have authored the condition correctly?

Hi, I don´t know if I am making something wrong.

    All my configuration is above.

    Thank you for your help.
