Thank you for that. Looking at it it appears we actually need to validate the order of the data in 3 places, as the HTML table itself, is what is placing the order, not the rich text.
Can you look at the Log in SharePoint, to validate that the example you shared is in order in the SharePoint List,
then validate it in the HTML to Text output and then Lastly in the output of the Create HTML Table to see which one of these has it out of order.
My guess is that its possible when things get written to the log(SharePoint list) they are out of order but we need to verify, and then we can apply a Sort once we figure tha tout.
Between one of them, is the reason its out of order. Its possible we could fix it, but I would need a little clear view of the data structure within the List, HTML to Text and Create HTML output so we can figure out which one is putting them out of order, and hopefully we can do a Sort of some kind to fix for you.
