Email trigger not working 100%?

Just looking for some insight about this odd occurrence. The flow is relatively simple, and I have not had any failed flows just flows that did not run at all (thinking it had trouble triggering the flow).

Hi, I have a flow that is triggered "When a new email arrives V3" and it works perfectly fine most of the time but in the past 2 month I have had 4 days where it did not trigger. I checked in the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and verified that the emails were sent but the flow was not triggered. Just as a reference I do have 3 other flows that triggers the same way with different a different filter and this issue has happened in those flows too. Is there something about triggering at the same exact moment that causes one of them to be skipped or is this an issue with the trigger itself?

You mention you are using a filter. Please show the configuration of the filter, and then show the value as related to the filter in e-mails that you believe were skipped. The issue is probably that the data is not matching your filter criteria and is the reason it is being skipped. Feel free to redact sensitive data, but provide a generic description so we know what the data was in the skipped e-mail so we can assess it against your filter criteria.

    Hi @David_MA
Here's what the trigger includes. Like I said it runs fine on most of the days. I haven't had issues besides those 4 emails over the past 2 months (about 1.5% of all the emails) so if it was an issue with the filter the problem would be more consistent.

Since the subject filter is blacked out let's say the word is "Grapefruit". The word that is blacked out on the subject filter and the subject for the email would then be Grapefruit.

Try removing the subject filter, and instead add a trigger condition to do basically the same thing:

Hi @David_MA I was more asking a question about Power Automate than looking for a solution. I previously had my script send the daily emails to a user mailbox which had the power automate flow running then it would use the flow to sort it into the perspective mailboxes. Instead of working around this kink with PA I instead changed my script to just sort it directly and send to the mailboxes instead. Hopefully this will fix the issue, if not I will try out your solution.
