Power Automate Desktop license for unattended execution

Hi everyone,

I would like to automate the following process with using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.

We have a system which store sales values in different shops. It has a web-based interface, where we do a manual downloading of these data time to time. (Very simply, open browser » log in » run query » download the result)
We successfully created a PA Desktop flow, which can solve it, this part is ready.
But we need to run it more than 30 times for different queries (all queries are for different shops). It is very time consuming, because at this time we can run these queries manually, one by one.
As I know, there is an option to run these flows automatically, scheduled way, without any human interaction.
But it is not clear for me, what are the requirements of this.
What kind of subscription needed? What are the limitations, and how much the cost of it?
Power Automate licensing a little bit complicated for first time…

Can you give me some proposal, what would be the best option for this situation?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi there!

    Here's what you need:

    1) Power automate premium license
    2) Power automate unattended process license ($150/month/bot)
    3) A VM or hosted VM to run unattended
    4) A cloud flow that triggers this every 30 minutes or frequency you desire

Note: one bot can run all 30 queries sequentially.

    Best practice:

    1) use input parameters for shopID & queryName
    2) loop through a list
    3) DL files one by one

    Remember:

    1) cannot run if any user is logged into VM
    2) cannot display message boxes/popups on VM
    3) screen resolution should match developed UI machine
    4) NO MFA on VM

All very doable and a common pattern, I have many like this in production.

First improve your flow instead of running it 30 times, create one loop inside Microsoft Power Automate Desktop that processes all shops automatically.
If you still need full automation no human then Use Unattended RPA license in Microsoft Power Automate this is the proper long-term solution.
If budget is limited Use Attended RPA + Task Scheduler PC must be logged in, but cheaper.

Note: Most of the users are selecting 3rd approach by implementing first step.
