How to print powerapps forms multiple tabs data in pdf?

Hi All,

We have one powerapps canvas app with multiple tabs and would like to save the powerapps forms data as pdf.
We tried the print() function but it only prints the first tab data that is currently visible on the screen.
Is it possible to print all tabs data and save in a single pdf?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    The Print function in Power Apps opens the current screen in the default browser print dialog, so I'm afraid you could not use the Print function to do what you want.
     
    You could use flow to save the PowerApps forms data as pdf.  I have a test for your reference, please refer to this workaround：

    Thanks a lot for your response. We have tried this solution and it works for us 🙂 
    Is there an option to directly download the pdf file locally instead of saving it in onedrive?
