Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to rename an attachment when I patch it to a SharePoint Online list.

1. Attach document to form in Power Apps with name XXXX;

2. Patch the attachment to SharePoint Online list;

3. When I open the record in SharePoint, I want the name of the attachment to have changed to YYYY.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
