Greetings,
I have a straight forward automation that is a struggle. Currently, when a booking is created, a task is created on my corresponding task board.
I ran through power automate to set up the deletion. I get the list of tasks, then filter by date, then by appointment ID (which i saved in the task notes upon task creation).
But in the end, even after powerautomate said several flows were successful, the tasks would not delete.
I'm fairly new to this, but feel that this is a very straight foward case- delete a task when a booking is cancelled.
Has anyone ever accomplished this who can offer advice?
