External user cannot open a shared app through Power Apps Mobile app

Hello,

Recently I have shared a Power App with gmail users. All it's ok when they use the app through web using the link received on their mail, but when they try to open the app through Power Apps Mobile app, then it appears an error about using a professional or educational account.

Do you know why it is possible to access the app through website but not in Power Apps mobile?

Hi Summit,
Thank you, but the problem appears when we try to access the app with personal accounts like gmail through the mobile app. It seems that we can only login with work or school accounts on mobile Power Apps app.
When we access through the web, as he did in the video, there is no problem at all.
