Can you show a screen shot of the filter array statement?  Your filter seems to be wrong and is not returning any records so you get an error when you try to retrieve the first record.

    Pstork1,

Thanks for your response. I have put below the screenshot and under the filter array note, I have added the formula. when I run flow, I am getting the value under Project Lookup Int and same I use un data array output and it returns 0. What I am missing?

If I'm following what you are doing then the row returned by the HTTP call isn't an array its just a single row.  So you can't do a filter array on it.

As you can see on the output body of your filter it returns and empty results, thus making the aggregate fail, please show me how you did the filter in edit mode.

    Hello VictorIvanidze,

Thanks for the response, On reviewing with "abm" one of the member from this group. it was realized that the data from the SharePoint list,  Item Limit is set to 200 still only 29 records were shown so this was suggested to add a code under the body but it still it did not go through. Let me know if you have a solution to this.

    Thanks

    Taruna

    Hello All,

Since I was unable to fix the Item Limit issue, I tried another way. My goal is to get the sum of Project A, Total Cost  from List A to List B see snap shot below. I created a flow using Manual Trigger and it works but when I tried using this trigger ,"When an item is created or modified" it does not update. As soon as I add that Get items Project field, Flow automatically creates a For Each action. how do I stop that? I thing that's why the flow is not working. Please guide.

    Thanks

    Taruna

    Manual Trigger

When an item is created or modified the red circle in the get items, adding the field creates a apply to each so I left it to show.
