    Hi Graham,

From this article we know that there are several ways can be used to create a Common Data Service database. Which way are you using?

    The article link is:
    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/create-database/

I use the way “Create a database in the Entities pane of powerapps.com”. Firstly, I create an Environment, then create the database. But when I create the database, I get the same error with you:

    error1.PNG

After getting this error, I try another way “Create a database in the admin center”. I get another error which shown as below:

    error2.PNG

Seems that I already have 2 databases, it has reached the limit. The fact is that I already have 2 databases, so I am not able to create a database.

Please check how many databases have you created, please also try to create a database in the admin center to see if you would get the same error with me.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

I am a little confused by this, so I apologise in advance... I seem to have more than 2 databases in any event.

Does the 2 database limit apply to Plan 2?

When creating a new environment - and you can have many - how do you chose which database to use?

    Hi Graham,

From this article we know that the capacity of Plan2 is larger than Plan1. But I am not sure if the 2 databases limit apply to Plan2. I will confirm from my side and try to find related articles for a reference.

About how to choose which database to use, I find this article and I think it could be a reference for you:
    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/working-with-environments/

From this article we know that, before you create an app, make sure you select the environment you want the app to be in. You can switch environments by clicking the environment dropdown in the upper-right corner and selecting a different environment.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao
