Permissions in Business Central needed to trigger PA Create / Modify / Delete Connectors

Hi,

We've built several Flows using the Dynamics Business Central Connectors, these all trigger and work successfully if the event causing the trigger on Dynamics is made by a BC users with Super Permissions.  However the connectors are not triggered if the User has Permissions associated with their day-to-day Role they use in BC e.g. Sales Order Processor, Accountant.

We have tried adding Execute Permissions to the various API Pages that we have used in the PA BC Connectors but this has not worked.  We are getting no error messages, the Flows are simply not triggered.  We are confident this relates to BC Permissions because if we remove the Super Permission from a user that was triggering the Flows, the Flows are no longer triggered.

We've done a fair bit of googling but can find nothing.

Thanks

KD

    Hi Realturbo,

What we realised was that the triggers used by PA work using jobs in Dynamics, so Dynamics users need permissions to create Jobs on the Job Q for their actions in Dynamics to trigger a PA flow.
