How to sort and filter Choice column

Hi,

I am looking for the sort and filter option in the Gallery mode. I have created a form and the gallery is only showing items when 'Recruiting Status' is Open Position, Offer preparation etc. Now I want to sort the 'Job type' column in this order: FTE>Temp>Co-op>Intern. When I am sorting the 'Job type' column which is a choice column,it is getting sorted in ascending order. So, how do I sort a choice column in a specific order?

I have tried 'Job type'.Value,["FTE","Temp","Co-op","Intern"] but it doesn't work

SortByColumns(AddColumns(yourfilteredtable,"JobT",'Job Type'.Value),"JobT", Ascending)

Replace yourfilteredtable with your filter formula.

Hi,
The formula worked but when I am navigating to my second window, I am not being able to see any data. I see this error (Picture 3). How do I resolve this issue?

I solved this issue by dropping the column. Thank you very much again!
