Extract the rows in excel file without defined table in the excel file

Hi there,

May I know how can I extract the rows in excel file without defined table in the excel file? Is it possible to do this in the web power automate instead of desktop power automate?

    Please try to create an Excel script to get all data from excel and run the script in power automate.
