runbook activity alert

When an Azure Automation PowerShell Runbook with a webhook is run ad-hoc by some user or process, I would like to get an alert with the job output. To do that, I need to be able to configure alerts on either runbooks or automation accounts. The former would be best but the latter will do in a pinch.
