Hello,
I have a workflow with a "Send email with options" action.
If the user selects "Yes" then they should receive an email with a link to a survey and if they select "No" then their ticket will be reopened in SharePoint along with receiving an email confirming this.
However in my case, the options seem to be doing the opposite of what they're supposed to be doing.
"No" sends the survey and "Yes" reopens the ticket rather than the other way around.
I've tried moving the actions between the "If yes" and "If No" sections under "Condition 2" to troubleshoot and makes no difference.
I have this exact same setup working correctly in a LogicApps workflow however for this one I am having to use Power Automate.
