Email with options of Yes and No, not working correctly

Hello,

 

I have a workflow with a "Send email with options" action.

 

If the user selects "Yes" then they should receive an email with a link to a survey and if they select "No" then their ticket will be reopened in SharePoint along with receiving an email confirming this.

 

However in my case, the options seem to be doing the opposite of what they're supposed to be doing.

"No" sends the survey and "Yes" reopens the ticket rather than the other way around. 

 

I've tried moving the actions between the "If yes" and "If No" sections under "Condition 2" to troubleshoot and makes no difference.

 

I have this exact same setup working correctly in a LogicApps workflow however for this one I am having to use Power Automate.

    Hi @sudosaurus 

     

    It should work as expected. Make sure you have no spaces in your condition for the value you are comparing against.

    Unlike in Logic Apps where Selected option is equal to "No". I changes this to "Yes" in flow and this appears to have resolved issue.
