Developer Environment Apps missing - "We couldn't load your data" error despite Ready status

Hi everyone,

I am facing a critical issue where I can no longer see or access any apps within my Power Apps environment. I am the creator and the System Administrator of this environment.

Problem Details:

  • Error Message: When I navigate to the "Apps" tab in the Maker Portal, I receive the error: "We couldn't load your data. Please try again later."

  • Environment Status: In the Power Platform Admin Center, the environment state is listed as "Ready."

  • Environment Type: Developer Environment.

  • Capacity Status: Database usage is currently at 1.4 GB File usage is at ~560 MB.

Steps I have already taken (with no success):

  1. Environment Restore: Performed a point-in-time restore to an older version.

  2. Browser Troubleshooting: Cleared cache, tried Incognito mode, and different browsers.

Has anyone encountered this specific "data loading" failure for an admin account on a Ready environment? Any help on how to force the environment to re-index its app metadata would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve already experienced exactly this issue and tried everything I could think of , none of the fixes worked. Fortunately, I had an older exported version of the solution. I took the .msapp file of the app, imported it directly (Apps→ Import app→ From file (.msapp) in Power Apps Studio) and replaced the corrupted app with this older version. That restored the working app for me.

Unfortunately, I don't have a backup of the environment. So that wouldn't work for me. Thanks for your inputs though.
