Hi everyone,
I am facing a critical issue where I can no longer see or access any apps within my Power Apps environment. I am the creator and the System Administrator of this environment.
Problem Details:
Error Message: When I navigate to the "Apps" tab in the Maker Portal, I receive the error: "We couldn't load your data. Please try again later."
Environment Status: In the Power Platform Admin Center, the environment state is listed as "Ready."
Environment Type: Developer Environment.
Capacity Status: Database usage is currently at 1.4 GB File usage is at ~560 MB.
Steps I have already taken (with no success):
Environment Restore: Performed a point-in-time restore to an older version.
Browser Troubleshooting: Cleared cache, tried Incognito mode, and different browsers.
Has anyone encountered this specific "data loading" failure for an admin account on a Ready environment? Any help on how to force the environment to re-index its app metadata would be greatly appreciated.
