I am having one entity, where I need to hide one "related entity". It still remains in the background but the client needs to hide it from the view. Is there a way to hide one and leave the rest or it depends on the created relationship?

You can hide the undesired related table link by selecting the table and then clicking the hide option in the property pane on the right hand side. This screenshot will help you with your query:
