What’s your current situation? Is the file still locked in the library?
How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot?
I made a test to create a file in SharePoint library using Flow, the file then can be opened without issues.
Per my research, it seems that the locked file might happen under the following conditions:
- The Microsoft Office product crashes while you were working on the document
- Computer freezes or crashes while document is open
- Lost of network connectivity while document is open
Please check whether you have any of the above conditions. I assume that the locked file will be unlocked sometime itself.
