is there a way to download large file ( up to 1GB or more MP4 video file) through API using flow ?

I tried to download an file ( video MP4 file ( up to 1GB ) through our customer API ) and got below error message. I read FLOW document and find out there is a limit of the download size upto 100MB ? is there any other way to download these large size using FLOW ? Please advice

You are correct. The 100MB limitation is there to mitigate time out or performance issues.
