Automatic Flow that sends only 1 single email when new items are created on SharePoint Online list

I'd like to create a power automate flow that triggers AUTOMATICALLY when new items are created in a SharePoint Online list, then send just ONE single email to a group of recipients. The email will include an attachment of Pending items only. I have been searching all over but could only find solutions for manually trigger flows, not AUTOMATIC.

This is what I have so far but it's still sending multiple emails when several new items are added to the list.

Hi @PAuser_1-2-3,

Because that you use the When a new item is created, that causes a situation that once a new item is created, your flow will run once, which means if you create 2 items, you flow will run twice and send two emails.

Since you have mentioned that there are some solutions, but only use the Manually trigger, that's correct.

You need to get all the new items at one time, and group them in single email, that's why this manually trigger works.

This surely defeats the purpose of automation function. Microsoft need to fix this flow feature. It should have an option for single email distribution when multiple items are created.
