Mailchimp IF condition question - Add New, Edit, Delete

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me out. I'm working on this flow and I'm stuck.

The idea is to have a central contact list in SharePoint which is managed by a group of people.

I wish to create a Flow which does the following:

is item new or modified? check if new/exists

Is item new? yes --> Add member to list

Is item new? no --> Update member information

Initially, I simply created 2 seperate flows. They did what I wanted but resulted in lots of errors since both flows were triggered.

I've got the IF Yes and IF No statement so far but need help with he condition.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT:

The Condition: Created is not equal to Modified does not work for new items, only if I edit an existing item.

Ok, I did eventually work it out.

Ended up creating 3 different Flows:

    1. When an item is created -> Add member to list

    2. Update subscriber information

    3. When an item is deleted -> Remove Member from list

    1.

    2.

    3.

All is working well so far. The only issue I've noticed is when adding a subscriber to an empty Mailchimp list, the Flow processes successfully but the list won't populate. Ended up adding a dummy subscriber to make it work.

    Hope this helps 🙂
