Power Virtual Agents (PVA) is now Microsoft Copilot Studio, so you don't need to install a separate Power Virtual Agents product. Copilot Studio is the current platform for creating and managing agents.
Yes, you can also integrate Copilot Studio agents with your automation. For example, agent flows can be created in Copilot Studio or Power Automate and added to an agent as a tool to perform actions or retrieve data.

Regarding licensing, it depends on your scenario. You can start with a Copilot Studio trial for building and testing, but the trial doesn't allow you to publish the agent. For production usage, Microsoft provides standalone Copilot Studio options including prepaid Copilot Credits and pay-as-you-go. Microsoft 365 Copilot also includes Copilot Studio capabilities for certain internal agent scenarios.
