Power automate flow not triggered when using Fin Ops Business event

We are trying to implement a Power automate flow for D365 Fin ops business event Purchase requisition review (WF ID) - Review purchase requisitions.

 

Issue is the flow is not triggered at all, we have cross checked connection reference in the flow all seems to be good. Also when we save the flow Active business event and endpoint is created in Sys admin > Business event form.

 

Any reference or pointers would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

     

    Can you please share said flow.

    Can you also verify that the environment that Fin ops is in, the flow is in?

     

    Lastly, can you do a test, by creating a second flow, in the same environment as the above mentioned flow. Make it a manual trigger. Then just add a List items present in a Table, and verify that you can see the Instance itself, and the entities.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for response, yes we have tried with a simple manual flow with just the trigger and an email, that does not work either, below is the screenshot of the flow, please let me know if anything wrong you see here.
