Hi Folks,

Need your help on Portal rendering. This is really weird. Please find the below screenshot. For some reason the entire portal layout is not rendering properly and images are obsolete.

Here are the steps I have followed to reproduce the issue.

My broadband speed is really high

1. Tried in Incognito window

2. Cleared browser cache

3. Tried in different browsers

4. Have tried "Sync configuration" button many times

Still I am having issue. Does it mean portal is not stable ? or any one please advise what could be wrong. Thanks

Hello,

Have you tried by clearing cache at portal level. using https://PortalURL/_services/about.
try this once.

Hi

Did you make any changes to the CSS files? bootstrap or theme ? if yes can you revert those changes?

@PoojaD . Have tried the `Clear Cache` button. Still the same.

@OliverRodrigues For sure not done any messup. I will upload your files under the web files and let you know shortly.
