bots created by system account

Hi,

I see in my bots inventory in our power Platform tenant several bots created by a system account , these bots have the same name ( Sales Copilot Power Virtual Agents).

I am unable to connect to ms virtual agent site because registration is disabled by admin.

I don't understand how these bots were created. 

Any help will be appreciated.
