Hello all,
First post. I did search for this, but couldn't find an exact match.
I've created a Form on a Sharepoint site that asks the user what Technician they've working with (from a drop-down). I am trying to get Flow to review the submitted response and email the Technician to followup with a file upload. Ideally, this upload would be appended to the original response.
In Flow I am able to email the Technicians based on Conditionals. But I don't know how to provide a quick Upload link in the same email. Again, it would be great if the file (fairly large CAD files) could be stored on the same response .xlsx. I suppose the original Form would need a blank placeholder question to create a column for the Tech to upload into. ... right? 🙂

Just provide a link to the SP list item and there they can use the attachment option to upload the attachment (assuming they have the access on the SP list)
