Good morning all,
Hope you guys can help me!
I am trying to create a way of having an e-mail send out based on a set of criteria in SharePoint, after a delay. For example:
The Form for updating the SharePoint was sent out to a customer.
The Form was not filled out in the requisite time.
E-mail triggers based on criteria in the SharePoint (the Form updates the status and trigger columns so if it's not complete, these do not update).
The Form still has not been completed, a further e-mail is sent out based on the same criteria.
The trouble I'm having is getting the "delay" right and the checking of the SharePoint to see if the triggers have updated.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
