Sure, that's possible, here's an example of creation of text files in OneDrive (this is also possible in local storage):

Sure, there are possibilities for that. Let's say your template looks like:
Invoice ID {InvoiceId} is due for {DueDate} with the amount {TotalAmount}
You could get the template content, replace the entities in brackets with AI Builder prediction outputs using expressions and write in a new file:
