Unable to create a SharePoint list item and populate its Enterprise-keywords field

I have created a Power Automate flow which got triggered manually, and it will create a new list item by entering a title + Enterprise keyword field (we already have a term named "aa" under customer term sets).

 

Here is the Flow:-

Here is the list settings:-

but when i run the flow i will get this error:-
