Bot Stuck Publishing Over 4 Hours

My bot, which has previously been published, has been stuck in a Publishing loop for over 4 hours.

There are no generative features, I've removed all language packs, and checked all topics. I've also cleared cache and tried with different browsers and no luck. It is still broken.

I also can't share the CoPilot with any user as it begins it's own endless loop.

This has happened before but never for 4 hours. Fortunately we are still in development, but in PROD we will have thousands of users in which case this will be a more major issue.

I am also unable to open a support ticket for this. Please help.

Recently, several users have experienced this issue where it got stuck during publishing. I too even have a problem where it got stuck when sharing my chatbot.
It's possible that a recent update to Copilot Studio is responsible for this glitch, so I recommend refraining from making extensive changes to your chatbot until the issue is addressed.

13 hours after, it completed publishing. Hoping it's resolved for all of us soon.

Update: impacted Copilot Studio environments have been fixed, all publications should have completed (I can confirm all my copilots are now OK)

my bot has been 'eternal publishing' for 3 days now. It still is. I log out of everything and then back in, click on Publish, and it still is cricling through the publishing message. It is not fixed. And the bot was working fine, publishing as needed before this last Publish.
