Hi,

I have a sharepoint list that customized with powerApps. and some flow works with it. today I tried to hide some columns from sharepoint list view to arrange it. but noticed the flow doesnt work anymore. I cannot update item or create item.

I get this error:

"status"400,
  "message""The passed-in field \"Description\" could not be found\r\nclientRequestId: b86bce78-8e09-4286-ac39-08611095486e\r\nserviceRequestId: b86bce78-8e09-4286-ac39-08611095486e"
I need the columns as reference and also used them in customized powerapps form. but dont like to show the in list view.

what should I do? please help.
Regards

    Hi!

So both 'Create item' and 'Update item' action blocks are trying to fill a 'Description' column on your SP list, right? If so, did you remove "Description" column recently on your SP list? If so, my suggstion is to add new 'Create item' and 'Update item' so they will bring the new Sharepoint List data model, then remove the old action blocks

    Thanx!

    Hi @efialttes

No, I didnt removed the 'Description' and other columns like 'Conversation ID'. I just hided them from the 'All item' sharepoint view. I even created another view with both those columns. but still doesnt work.

when I add them to 'All item' view, flows work again.

    Regards

    Hi @Setayesh2 ,

There is no need to set Limit Columns by View when configuring Create item and Update item action to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

    Best Regards,
