I am trying to run a flow that takes a Forms submission and puts the results into an email and then sends it to another email, as the person who submitted it.
For example Jane Doe (Janedoe@example.com) submits the Form, my Form+Flow is running under the Support account (Support@example.com). When the flow runs, I need the Flow to send an email back to Support@example.com but as Janedoe@example.com. There are multiple people who are going to be using this Form so I placed them all into a M365 group and set Support@example.com as an owner and delegate to send on behave and send as. But whenever I run the Flow, it gets stopped sending the email, saying "You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account."
Any idea as to what could be causing this issue?
That's not really feasible. To do it teh Support@example.com account must have Send As or Send on Behalf of permission to the Janedoe@example.com. For one mailbox that's not too bad. But if your whole organization is going to use the form its not feasible to give support Send As permission to everyone's mailbox. You are giving Support send as permission to the M365 group mailbox, not the individual user mailboxes.
