Ok, I’ll hold my hands up and admit I really don’t know what I’m doing.  I think what I want is a flow to extract a few lines from an MS Bookings confirmation email. Taking set rows from the Calendar email details and Body text and then forwarding that abbreviated data either into either Sharepoint list or even into a new email as s table to forward on.

I would need the ‘When’ ‘Name’ and Custom Field. I see there are blank rows too between each line of text which may cause issue.

If anyone has any clue what Im on about ive attached a copy of the confirmation email generated and you’ll see the rows I need.

Thank you!

I think I may have partially got what I need by watching a YT vid on the subject!

By making a Rule to run a forward on the booking confirmation, the forwarded mail has a different layout including the calendar time detail now in body email so can be parsed out now.  Just need to deal with cancel or rearrange Bookings!

Let me know if anyone needs similar flow

MS Bookings really needs some connectors.
