Inserting image from Sharepoint list into word template

Hi All,

I'm attempting to create a word document report from entries made into a sharepoint list.

Everything works perfectly until I get the adding an image.

I have specific column which each entry has a unique image. I cannot get the image to pull through to the word template.

I have been through lots of the suggestions on here, but none seem to work?

    Hi @CarlC1971

Are you trying to send a single image or multiple images? In word template you can only send one single image.

    Regards,

    Ferran

    Hi @CarlC1971 ,

Seems like you are using a Hyperlink or picture column of SharePoint list. So you will need to download the image first and upload to SP library or OneDrive for the future use:

Next, please refer to below blog where includes detailed steps relate to word template:

    Hi @v-jefferni ,

I'm giving myself head ache following the guides you have suggested. I seem to be able to point the flow to the asset folder that contains the images all the images, however no the specific one that related to the list entry?

After spending hours trying to find a solution, i'm getting the feeling there is no easy option or it could be that

I'm pretty new to this, so any simple flow through examples you can point me too would be really appreciated.

    Regards
