Hi everyone, i have issue with Adaptive card in teams,

I have created leave request application in PowerApps, so user request an leave that approver can approve from the app itself and i have other option is post Adaptive card wait for response, if approver response in adaptive card that is communicate with the app is fine, it shows approved on the app interface, but when approver approve the leave on the app, still approver adaptive card is waiting for response(flow is running state), looks like the flow doesn't communicate to the adaptive card, How to achieve this?
