I need to know if there is a limit on records returned / tested on Power Automate - is this a license issue or what see below ?
--------
I have a flow where I'm attempting to match a created date to a number of days in the past with an approval date blank and then I'm to act / email on that condition. The flow is not working in production but does in test.
I copied the prod list to a new 'test' name. Both lists have the same everything far as columns / settings. I can see in the dropdown in get items from the same site my test list and select that. Seems no issue there.
In my new test list I only have a couple records, in production could be hundreds.
Here is the result of the condition on test being met and sending me an email. NOTE: there are only two records on this test list.

QUESTION: In my prod flow run I only see 100 of what I know are should be closer to 300 records but only am seeing always 100 -.
prod run results only show what appears to a first 100 records. Why is that about ? When opening 'raw data' on get items I only see what appears to be a limited number of records with no dates this year only from back in 2020.
Here is my condition - works in test but not in prod which has hundreds records, test only two records.

This is my question. Why am I only seeing 100 records in the apply to each when I know there should be well over 100.

In get items in prod and opening 'Show raw inputs' I don't see anything this year just what appears to be records valid but from long time ago back in 2020.

I know when looking at get items there appears to be a default of get 'all' records but that does not appear to be what I am seeing at the end of the run.
