Emails not received in the Approval flow when optional fields are entered in SP Library

Hello Guys,

I've an approval flow which triggers when an item is created in the Document Library. But when i enter few optional fields while creating an item, flow triggers but email is skipped not sure what's happening this strange behavior.And when i check the item in the SharePoint lib the values are updated to default value as "None".

But when i leave the optional fields and enter the mandatory fields the flow works without any issues.

Note: My lib has content type(with set of fields Ex: Org type,Doc category...)

thanks for your response. I've used Create items with Prop's > Get item with properties for the library which resolved the issue.
