Get Items -Doesn't bring in a Lookup column (dropdown list from a different SP List)

I have a Get Items actions that pull in a view, however, there is a column in the view that's a dropdown choice (looked up from another SP list). The column is not available to use in the dynamic content?

Any ideas on how to get the field, I need to use it.

Following up on this - Anything I can do to get the Manufacturer lookup column to show in the dynamic content?

Hi!
I need to get Manufacturer column from the Get Items, it's in the list view but not in the dynamic content

Here's the simple Flow - Get items, noyear is the view and the list settings have the Manufacturer column
