This is fairly specific of a situation that we are attempting to solve. Any help would be appreciated, we are able to do pieces, accomplishing the whole is the current battle.
We have a Sharepoint List that we need to email certain list items as an Excel attachment on the last Friday of the month.
We have tried using a template file stored in a separate Sharepoint Document Library, also building the file new each time is fine too.
Theoretical steps in the Flow:
- Recurrent flow
- Get items from Sharepoint List based on certain criteria (we have a Status field)
- Write those Sharepoint List Items to Excel
- Create Email and attach the created Excel spreadsheet to.
- Change Sharepoint List items status to Sent.
Please help in understanding how to accomplish this. There are other specifications in this as well that may alter final Flow but I believe these to be the pertinent ones.
