Data from Date Fields Don't Populate to the SharePoint List

I have created a SharePoint list with a corresponding Power App Form that Users will enter data and click save for the data to be entered into the SharePoint list. There are two Date fields where the dates entered are not being populated to the SharePoint List. They are blank in the SharePoint list and if I click on the Link to Item in an email notification and view the data in the form, they are blank there as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Anyway, I will provide a solution here this time.

Could you please tell me that if the date field is date and time type or date only?

How you set the Update property of the data card corresponding to the date field?

Which control you used to select date?

My apologies. I have confused Power Automate and Power Apps. I'm fairly new.

With your comment above, I understand now that when SelectDate is in the Update field, you must use the Date Picker. I will move to the Power App board because I have additional questions on how to let users either enter a date or use the picker.
