@Bsquabs Instead of nesting the Get Items action inside an Apply to Each action you will need to pull it outside of the Apply to Each action. You'll need to cross-reference your Excel table against your SharePoint list to determine:

which items already exist in SP and need to be updated
which items don't exist in SP and need to be created

To do that, you'll need to use a Filter Array action. I cover how to cross-reference data from Excel with a SP list in the first tutorial linked below. I've also linked another tutorial I think you might be interested in.
