I want to create a flow for the following:
- a client has an appointment, this appointment is saved in an application (use an API connector). When the client comes to the office for his appointment, he needs to scan a QR-code (already created) and then automatically a whatsapp message needs to be send to the contactperson with who the appointment is. I want to connect this flow to Power apps where i want to create an app with a button for scanning the QR code and then the flow of power automate needs to run.

When the client comes to the office for his appointment, he needs to scan a QR-code ((already created)), then this appointment is searched for in Outlook, when it is found then automatically a whatsapp message needs to be send to the contactperson with who the appointment is. I want to connect this flow to Power apps where i want to create an app with a button for scanning the QR code and then the flow of power automate needs to run.
Is it possible to build something like this in a Power automate flow and connect this flow to a button in Power Apps?
Hopefully somebody can help me with this an building the flow?
