Problem with Update Sharepoint List action using Filter Query

Hi,

I have a flow where I create documents from a Plumsail action which works fine. When I try and update a Sharepoint List to show they have been submitted, the flow works but updates every line as it isn't being filtered. When I need to use the Filter Query action to only update the relevant line, it fails. The key is the 'Company Name' but it fails with the message 'The field 'CompanyName' of type 'Note' cannot be used in the query filter expression.'

The query filter entry I am using is as below, with the full working flow below it (less the filter query entry).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to Power Automate.

Thanks in advance.

Steve

    Hello @SteveTaylor ,

Filter Query doesn't support filtering on 'Multiple lines of text' SharePoint column. The easiest solution would be to switch the CompanyName to 'Single line of text' if possible.

If not, you'll have to get all items and then filter them using the 'Filter array' action as explained here.

@tom_riha  Many thanks - that's worked. I really appreciate your quick reply.
