I have started creating an App that does the following:
Cascading dropdowns reading the Department and then filtering the result and for the second dropdown.
These are text entries in the MS List.
The third part is to display the process owner in a Text Label. At the moment this is just a Lookup in the MS List.
I added a Text Input box where a user will log an issue with a process.
Last step is a submit button.
Once this is clicked it needs to do two things.
1. Create an entry in an Issue Tracker, pulling the dept, process and feedback. Ideally it should record the user name. Not sure how it works in Power Apps. In our MS Forms it will take the user account that is signed in on the browser.
2. The process owner should receive an email with the issue and the user submitting the Issue should receive a copy of the same mail.
I'm not sure how to get the syntax should work.
