I need some technical expertise please.
I create an automated cloud flow which collects Ms. Form responses and puts them into a SharePoint list. Then, send an email to the submitter advising their submission is "under review" (as part of a 4 stage process). The link to item dynamic content embeds within the email but when the submitter clicks the link they get a message advising the item has been moved or deleted, when the flow doesn't do anything until an approval has been granted to proceed. I've tried multiple permissions changes but only seems to be solved by adding Full control membership. Which is not what I want to do in the long run.
Help please.
