    Hi @aliska1bogati

Triggers are the starting step or action in the flow. You cannot use the trigger like an action. For your case, you can use 2 flows one to check the send the email on 16th and if 16th falls on weekend, you have to maintain the state of that like next working day with some information on the backend. 2nd Flow will run every day like the 1st but will check the backend data that is stored and if there is any data and if the configured date falls on it then it will send the email and update the backend data to sent so that it wont be triggered again.

Try the above and let me know.

    Hi @aliska1bogati

The trigger conditions are used to check whether the condition is true to start the flow or not. For example lets assume you have a task list and you have a flow to send an email to the users whenever the task status is completed. The flow is triggered whenever the item is created or updated. If you haven't used the trigger condition to check the status value, the flow will be triggered whenever the task is updated and it will kill your flow transaction count. Better to use trigger condition so that unless the status is completed, the flow will not be triggered.
