Help: Extract the contents of an emailed .txt file and posts it as a new message in a teams channel.

I receive emails from a cellphone that is texting directly to my email address. The problem is - the text content isn't in the body of the email. It's in a .txt file. I've tried a number of ways to get this text to show up *anywhere* (email, yammer, excel table, teams, etc.) and even when my flows work there's no output. I've searched similar issues and answers and have tried to use several tactics - all with the same outcome. The one part I have hammered down is beginning with "When a new email arrives (V3)" - And obviously posting to teams. I can easily do this with the body or subject of an email. I have no idea how to dig the contents of the .txt. out.

Any help is appreciated.
